These conditions govern the sale of furniture and decoration products by Dioh! By placing an order with us, you accept these conditions in their entirety.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, prices and other information are accurate and correct. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without notice.

All prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on our website (credit/debit cards, bank transfers, etc.).

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

To purchase from our online store, simply follow these steps:

Select your products: browse our store and add the products you want to the "shopping cart".

Purchase process: Once you have selected your products, proceed to checkout. If you are not yet registered on our website, you can do so during the checkout process.

Order confirmation: before finalizing your purchase, we will show you the exact total amount, which will include the corresponding shipping costs.

Completion of the order: completes all the steps of the purchase process. Orders that are not completed will not be considered valid.

Confirmation by email: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed. From this moment on, your order will be valid and we will start preparing it for shipment according to the conditions detailed here.

Age requirements: only persons over 18 years of age may place orders through our online store. By using our store, you guarantee that you meet this age requirement.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including, but not limited to, inventory availability, errors in product description or problems identified with payment.

To register on our website, you will need to provide the information necessary to correctly process your order. It is important that the information you provide is accurate and truthful. You will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements you make, as well as for any damages you may cause dioh! or third parties due to the information provided.

Processing time: orders for furniture and decorative items are processed within 5 business days after receipt of order confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping method: we use specialized delivery services for large furniture and reputable courier services for smaller decorative items.

We offer several shipping options including:

Standard delivery: 5 to 10 working days for small items.

Scheduled delivery: for large furniture, a specific date and time for delivery will be scheduled.

Shipping costs: Costs are calculated based on size, weight of product and delivery location. Exact rates will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Delivery times: Delivery times are estimates. We do not guarantee delivery within a specific time and are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

In our store, we display product information and stock availability according to the communication we receive from manufacturers or distributors.

If, for any reason, we are unable to supply one or more products included in your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this situation. In this case, we will reimburse you the amount you have paid for these products.

If the unavailability affects all the products in your order, we will refund the total amount paid for the order, including the shipping costs that have been charged.

We offer assembly and installation services for certain furniture products. These services may have an additional cost and must be selected at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, etc.

We offer in-store pickup for local customers. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup.

Currently, we offer delivery to the following areas: mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

If your area is not on the list, please contact our customer service for more information on possible special deliveries.

All shipments are insured against damage and loss in transit. If any problems occur, please contact us immediately to resolve the situation.
